I took my 2015 Outback (which was bought at another dealer) in for warranty service for the drivers seat. Service department was outstanding, very professional but casual. I was looking at the 2017 Outbacks while waiting and noticed they had not put any dealer accessories on their cars (mud guards, bumper guard, nitrogen in tires, etc), I hate when dealerships do that. When I am ready for a new Outback I will definitely got to Jubilee. Till then I will take my Outback to Jubilee for all my service needs.

"Above & Beyond"

The sales manager went above and beyond for our deal. We traded in our 2013 Subaru Crosstrek (which we bought from Brent at this location) for a new 2016 Subaru WRX. My husband printed off a guaranteed trade in proce off of Subaru's website... & they honored it... I did appreciate the fact that he realized after filling out the check from our bank he had overcharged us a little over $600. I'm not sure how most dealerships would've handled that or if they even would've said anything however he did... With a few phone calls to his boss they figured out a satisfactory solution. When the time comes when we are in the market for a second vehicle we are 100% sure we will be taking our business back to this dealership. Also, I have bought a few cars in my time (Honda, Mazda, Chevy) however even with low miles trading those in always got really low trade in offers which would put in a little in the negative .. ALWAYS! However we had thousands of  positive equity going into this trade.

"Incredible Kindness and Super-Fast Service"

Dear Mr. Bass,
I am writing to say thank you. Your employees, Mr. Emmanuel Green and Mr. Brent Brendemuehl, are incredibly kind and knowledgeable men who turned a bad situation into a pleasant situation for my sister and I. We were traveling from Denton to Austin on March 23, 2015 when the indicator lights in my sister's Subaru started going bonkers. We were both very upset and frightened. Thankfully, my daughter in Austin found us directions to your dealership only a few miles from where we had pulled over.
When we arrived we were immediately shown where to pull for service, immediately welcomed by Mr. Brent Brendemuehl and Mr. Emmanuel Green. Mr. Green was very reassuring and immediately took her vehicle back to vet it out. Mr. Brent Brendemuehl offered us refreshments and stayed with us I think to calm us both down! It worked... we calmed down. Within less than 30 minutes Mr. Green was back with good news: the problem was most likely the gas cap being improperly closed and he told my sister and I in detail what he had checked, found, and what to do if it happened again.
Thankfully, it did not happen again. We were both impressed by the incredible kindness shown to both of us by Mr. Green and Mr. Brendemuehl plus the super-fast service. It was nice and comforting to be treated as if we were special. We finished the trip in a good mood... at least until we got into the Austin traffic! We will never forget the kindness show to us by these two lovely gentlemen,

"Great and Easy Online Purchasing Experience"

My husband and I dealt with Brent in making, ordering, and buying our Outback. It was a great and easy experience. We know coming in that we wanted an Outback, but Brent helped clarify some information regarding the various models and packages. After test driving at your dealership, speaking with Brent, and doing some research we submitted our order online. Through the whole process he was very communicative and gave updates on the status whenever available. When we came in to get our car and fill out financing/registration paperwork everything was prepared, didn't have to wait around. Overall the whole experience was great. This was my first time purchasing a "new" car and it went very smoothly. My husband has purchased several new cars previously and said that this was by far the best experience, least stressful and most straight forward. Thanks!
